How do I enroll in Digital Banking?
Customers can enroll online by clicking "Enroll" on the login page and following the prompts.

What services are included in Digital Banking?
Digital Banking provides access to:

  • Account balances and transaction history
  • Mobile Deposit

  • Internal and external transfers
  • eStatements
  • Debit card controls
  • Alerts and notifications

 Is there a fee for Digital Banking?
Digital Banking is available at no charge to our customers. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.


Mobile App

How do I download the mobile app?
Search for TCB-2GO app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the download instructions.

Can I use Digital Banking on more than one device?
Yes. You can access your accounts from multiple devices using your username and password.

What if I forget my username or password?
Use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" option on the login page. If you need additional assistance, contact your local branch during business hours.

You can also change your username by clicking on account setting, then security, then you will have an option to update your username.

 

Security

Is Digital Banking secure?
Yes. We use multiple layers of security, including encryption, secure login protocols, and authentication measures to help protect your information.

How can I help protect my account?

  • Use strong passwords.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication.
  • Never share login credentials.
  • Monitor account activity regularly.
  • Update your contact information promptly
  • What should I do if I suspect fraud?

Contact us immediately. You should also review recent account activity and consider changing your password.

 
Mobile Deposit

How do I set up Mobile Deposit in my app?
You must be enrolled, if you aren’t, simply enroll on the app under Deposit Checks. There is a waiting period for new account holders.

How does Mobile Deposit work?
Once you are enrolled, using the mobile app, select Deposit Check, take photos of the front and back of your endorsed check, enter the amount, and submit.

How should I endorse a check for Mobile Deposit?
Sign the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit Only" under your signature. You can also check the box “For Mobile Deposit Only,” preferably boldly.

What types of checks can I deposit?
Most personal, business, payroll, and government-issued checks are eligible. Some restrictions may apply. For daily and weekly limits, check your agreement or call your local branch.

When will my Mobile Deposit be available?
Deposits are subject to verification and funds availability policies. Many deposits are processed the same business day if received before the cutoff time.

What should I do with the check after depositing it?
Retain the check for 30 days and then destroy it securely.


Transfers and Payments

Can I transfer money between my accounts?
Yes. You can transfer funds between eligible accounts through Digital Banking.

Can I transfer money to accounts at other financial institutions?
Yes. External transfer options are available for eligible accounts.

How long do transfers take?
Transfer times vary depending on the type of transfer and receiving institution.

What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay allows you to pay individuals and businesses electronically through Digital Banking.

How far in advance should I schedule a payment?
We recommend scheduling payments at least 5–7 business days before the due date.

How do I set up transfer alerts?
Log into Digital Banking and select Alerts from the settings menu.

 

Debit Card Controls

Can I turn my debit card on and off?
Yes. Debit card controls allow you to temporarily disable and re-enable your card through the mobile app.

Can I set transaction alerts for my debit card?
Yes. You can receive real-time alerts for purchases, ATM withdrawals, and other card activity.

Can I put travel notes on my debit card from my app?
Travel notes can be completed by going to card management and clicking on the image of the airplane.
However, if travel plans include FL, NY, NJ, CA, or any foreign countries, this travel notice will not be immediate and could take up to 24 hours to become effective. If you need these travel notices done in a timely manner, please reach out to your local branch for assistance.

What happens if I receive a fraud alert about my debit card?
If suspicious activity is detected, you may receive a text message, email, or phone call asking you to verify transactions. Your card may be temporarily restricted until you respond. If fraud is confirmed, the card will be blocked and a replacement issued.

Troubleshooting

Why is my account locked?
Multiple unsuccessful login attempts may temporarily lock your account for security reasons.

The app isn't working. What should I do?
Try:

  • Closing and reopening the app
  • Updating the app
  • Restarting your device
  • Reinstalling the app
  • If problems persist, contact us.
